I was wondering, if I bought tickets from ticketmaster, not through online but rather from one of their retail locations (like CD stores, Sunrise Records, GMC music, etc) and say the show was cancelled/rescheduled. Will there always be a refund if you go back to the original location?
Will there ever be a chance that the tickets go to waste and you just dont get your money back?

if the performance is cancelled...yes, there will always be a full refund at you have to get from the place of purchase...
if a performance is rescheduled...the poliocy is usually to honor all tickets purchased earlier...
the only way you wouldn't get a refund is if you didn't follow instructions followin' the cancellation/reschedlin' of a performance...
I think there is always that possibility with Ticketmaster because they want to suck the very life out of you. You should always check at the time of purchase, in the event the show is cancelled/re-scheduled are the tickets refundable? Most times if the show is re-scheduled, the original tickets will be honored. But that may be more a house policy than ticketmaster policy. Be safe and always double check.
