Ticketmaster are in the business of selling tickets - if they have some for available for sale they will want to sell them to you.
Maybe they have you marked as a major ticket scalper? - try from a different computer - if its still the same then the event is sold out.
Maybe the people on the message boards are in a different country or state?
If you want to go you will need to purchase tickets in the secondary market - have a look at tickex.com for that.

If you go to a retail Ticketmaster location you will still pay a fee, but its usually less than what you would pay if you bought them online. If you go directly to the box office you can usually avoid the fee, although sometimes the box office charges a fee as well, but almost always much less than what you would pay going through Ticketmaster.
If location is a factor I live in the NJ/NY area.

Most say "Reception immediately following", but you can also add beneath that "Dinner and Skating to follow. Bring Ice Skates". Or it might be costly, but if you are more for a formal type wedding and your budget will allow, I would speak with the ice rink for a deal on rentals. Not many people want to lug ice skates to a wedding, especially if they have children. If the rink will give you a deal (and if it is possible) it would be better to rent them for your guests and it will make for a neat surprise/favor.

Its actually better to go to the venue or to one of the F.Y.E stores or one of those that sells tickets because the first 20 rows are only available at the stores. That's what I did for the WYLMITE tour. Ticketmaster doesn't have all the dates, however check livenation.com or their myspace for the link as soon as they go on pre-sale this Tuesday or on Sale the 29.

Hmmm, hopefully they will throw everything into RAW, including the kitchen sink. Their ratings improved last week but I don't think the show stuck out all that much with the exception of a few segments.

You Suck, in response to ur question- No its not a bit late. Tickets for Monday Night Raw in Denver Colorado on 5/25/09 didn't go on sale until April 11. I think that's a bit late. It just means they think they might sell fast. And trust me, for Denver, they did. By the third day they were on sale, only seats left were up in the nosebleed sections.

It is always a matter of getting the best seats available at the time of sale so knowing the lay-out only helps a bit. I prefer 5 rows back from the stage and center.
If your mom is there early you will most likely get floor seats, if that's what you want (I don't know if your mom would enjoy being squished in somewhat of a mosh pit). If she's aiming for one of the levels, then you'll probably end up in the 100's.

1. Well on ticketmaster you can either put in the presale code or buy another Team Jonas membership. But since the website was being slow and people couldn't get codes some people did the second option.
2. I believe you should know the area where your going to seat but just beware they aren't the best seats.
3. If I was you I would go to the box office. My mom has been to alot of concerts and recommends you got to the box office (IDK why though). Also with websites they can crash easily with all the people on it. Just like what happened on the Team Jonas website.

here's the problem, i live in ohio, the concert is in north carolina, and my dad flies back and fourth from delaware state for his job.
when i bought the tickets there was no TICKET FAST PRINT thing (which would allow me to print my tickets at home) but for some reason that wasn't an option
so i did the retail pickup/will-call thing.
PROBLEM:
my dad used his credit card to buy the tickets
the retail/will call thing REQUIRES that you have a photo i.d of the person who bought the tickets (my dad) and the credit card used (my dads)
see, i would just take his i.d and credit card to pick them up, but he needs them check into his hotel and to get on the plane
and none of the retail locations in ohio allow me to pick up tickets for north carolina, it has to be a surrounding state

Does this mean I can purchase tickets at the gate? If not how should I go about doing it? Is it too late to buy them online? Also, any misc. advice on what to expect would be greatly appreciated.
I usually just buy the tickets beforehand at the website.

don't wear a sweater (you will get HOT)
I usually stuff everything in my pockets
Get ready to be pushed and shoved
i would buy tickets ahead of time (if you buy it via ticketmaster, you'll have to pay extra so i suggest buying it at a lotto station if they sell tickets??). esp if its floor, then you would wanna have your tickets and be lining up REALLY early. my friends usually line up an hour earlier (even if its freezing cold).
WEar comfy but nice looking clothes. No Vans cuz they fall off easily (especially if you decide to mosh/crowd-surf) . Wear converse maybe..
If you bring a bag i suggest you bring one that will stay on and you can probably stuff your sweater/jacket but is not so big that it'll annoy fellow audience people. If theres a coat check, USE IT. *but if you're getting a ride home i suggest you tell the driver you'll be late*
If you're in seats... then w/e.. you can probably bring a huge bag and put it on the ground,, and you probs don't have to arrive super early either.

I was wondering, if I bought tickets from ticketmaster, not through online but rather from one of their retail locations (like CD stores, Sunrise Records, GMC music, etc) and say the show was cancelled/rescheduled. Will there always be a refund if you go back to the original location?
Will there ever be a chance that the tickets go to waste and you just dont get your money back?

if the performance is cancelled...yes, there will always be a full refund at you have to get from the place of purchase...
if a performance is rescheduled...the poliocy is usually to honor all tickets purchased earlier...
the only way you wouldn't get a refund is if you didn't follow instructions followin' the cancellation/reschedlin' of a performance...
I think there is always that possibility with Ticketmaster because they want to suck the very life out of you. You should always check at the time of purchase, in the event the show is cancelled/re-scheduled are the tickets refundable? Most times if the show is re-scheduled, the original tickets will be honored. But that may be more a house policy than ticketmaster policy. Be safe and always double check.
