ok my mom ordered tickets online for Vans Warped Tour which is tomorrow.

there were 2 options for buying the tickets. "will call" and "retail location pickup"

my mom chose "retail location pickup"

so where is my mom supposed to pick up the ticket?? at a ticketmaster location? or at an actual store??
